Every dish has its place. Start with sambar and rice, move to rasam, then finish with curd. Rice and sambar refills are on us.

Ground on stone
Rice and urad dal soaked for six hours and ground on a wet grinder every night. It's why the idli is soft.
Roasted every morning
Peaberry and plantation A beans roasted at 5 am, blended 80:20 with chicory, and brewed in brass filters.
Cooked in sesame oil and ghee
No palm oil, no shortcuts. Ghee roast is made with ghee, as it should be.
