How we build
Six stages from your plot to your keys, usually in 11 to 16 months.

Plot visit
A free visit to check access, soil, slope and setbacks.
- 02
Design
Pick a villa or design your own. 3D views, Vastu check and a fixed quote.
- 03
Approvals
We file with DTCP or the corporation and arrange the bank's technical report.
- 04
Construction
Foundation to roof with weekly photos and monthly site meetings.
- 05
Finishes
Flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, paint and landscaping.
- 06
Handover
A snag walk, keys, warranty papers and a year of free maintenance.
Payment schedule
You pay as work is completed on site. Each stage is checked with you before the next invoice.
