Vasundhara means the earth. Senthil Kumar started building villas in 2010 for families who had a plot and a dream, but no time to manage contractors (sample story).
We design for South Indian weather: deep verandahs, courtyards, cross-ventilation and sloping roofs, with modern structure and finishes.
