Villas and packages
Can I change the plan of a ready design?
Yes. Small changes like moving a wall or adding a room are free at design stage. Bigger changes become a custom design.
Do you build outside Coimbatore?
Yes: Tiruppur, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kochi and Madurai. The city factor in the picker covers labour and transport.
Can I get a home loan for construction?
Yes. We provide the drawings, estimate and stage-wise schedule banks need, and completion letters for each disbursal.
Quotes and estimates
Is the online estimate a final price?
No. Every calculator on this website gives an indicative figure from typical rates. The final quote follows a site visit, drawings and the exact specification you choose.
Do you charge for a site visit?
The first site visit within city limits is free. Detailed drawings, measurements and bills of quantities are charged and adjusted against the contract if you go ahead.
Is GST included in your prices?
Rates on this website exclude GST unless a page says otherwise. Works contracts usually attract GST at 18%; it is shown as a separate line on every quote and invoice.
Work, quality and timelines
Which materials and brands do you use?
The quote lists the brand, grade and quantity of every major material. You can ask for any change before signing, and the price is revised to match.
How will I know how the work is going?
You get a named site supervisor, weekly photo updates on WhatsApp and a site walk-through at every payment stage.
What warranty do you give?
Replace this answer with your warranty: for example, 10 years on structure, 5 years on waterproofing and 1 year on fittings and workmanship.
Payments
How do payments work?
A booking amount, then stage-wise payments linked to work completed on site. You never pay for work that has not been done.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, NEFT, RTGS and cheque. We don't take large cash payments, and every payment gets a GST invoice or receipt.
Privacy
What do you do with my details?
We use your name, number and site details only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. We never sell or share them.
Do you post photos of client homes?
Only with the owner's written permission, and never with the address or anything that identifies the family.
