Orders and delivery
How do I pay?
After you send your order on WhatsApp, we confirm stock and send UPI or bank details. We dispatch once payment arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Pick up from the Indore centre the next day, delivery in Indore in two days, and courier across India in five to seven days.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Hampers from 50 boxes with your message card. Give us three weeks before festivals.
Can I return a product?
Food products can't be returned. Textiles can be exchanged within seven days if unused. Replace with your own policy.
Volunteering
Do I need experience to volunteer?
No. We'll match you to work that suits your skills and time, and give you an orientation before your first day.
Is there a minimum age?
Volunteers must be 18 or older. Students aged 16 and 17 can join group activities with a parent's written consent.
Can my company volunteer as a team?
Yes. We run team days for 10 to 60 people. Write to us with dates and the number of people.
Accounts and transparency
Is the organisation registered?
The registration, 12A, 80G and FCRA numbers on this website are samples. Replace them with your own and keep copies ready to share on request.
Where can I see how money is spent?
Our audited accounts and annual report are shared every year on the About page. Ask us for any past report.
Do you accept foreign donations?
Only if the organisation holds a valid FCRA registration. Replace this answer with your own position.
Privacy
What do you do with my details?
We use your name, phone, email and PAN only to process your donation or request, issue receipts and meet legal requirements. We never sell or share them.
Do you share photos of the people you work with?
Only with their informed, written consent, and never in a way that takes away their dignity. They can withdraw consent at any time.
Terms
Is everything on this website real?
No. This website is a sample. Names, numbers, stories, registrations and amounts are placeholders until the organisation replaces them.
Does this website take payments?
No. Forms prepare a WhatsApp message or a UPI link for you to send yourself. Nothing is stored or charged here.
Every order is a paycheck.
