Biryani & delivery
How long does delivery take?
About 45 minutes within 6 km. Every handi is cooked to order, so it takes a little longer than reheated biryani, and tastes like it.
Is the meat halal?
Yes, from a certified supplier (sample: replace with your own certification).
How do I reheat leftovers?
Sprinkle a little water, cover, and warm on low heat for five minutes, or microwave covered for two.
Can I choose the spice level?
Yes: mild, regular or Hyderabadi hot. Choose it in the handi builder or add a note to your order.
Ordering
How do I order?
Add dishes on the menu page, then send your order from the order page. It opens in WhatsApp, ready to send. We reply to confirm the total and the time.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards or cash on delivery or pickup. We share a UPI link when we confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once the kitchen starts cooking, we may not be able to change it.
Are you on Swiggy and Zomato?
Yes, but ordering directly costs you less and helps a local business. Replace this answer with your own details.
Food & allergies
How do I know what's vegetarian?
Every dish has the FSSAI mark: a green dot for vegetarian, a brown triangle for non-vegetarian, and a yellow dot where a dish contains egg.
Can you make a dish less spicy?
Yes. Add a note to your order or tell your server, and the kitchen will adjust it.
Do you cater for allergies?
Tell us about any allergy before you order. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and sesame, so we can't promise a dish is completely free of them.
Do you have Jain options?
Many dishes can be made without onion, garlic or root vegetables. Ask us before you order.
Privacy
What do you do with my details?
We use your name, number and address only to take and deliver your order or booking. We never sell or share them for marketing.
Will you message me?
Only about your order or booking. If you'd like to hear about offers, tell us and we'll add you; reply STOP at any time.
Terms
Are menu prices final?
Prices on the website are the same as in the restaurant and include GST. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you order.
