No. Every calculator on this website gives an indicative figure from typical rates. The final quote follows a site visit, drawings and the exact specification you choose.

The first site visit within city limits is free. Detailed drawings, measurements and bills of quantities are charged and adjusted against the contract if you go ahead.

Rates on this website exclude GST unless a page says otherwise. Works contracts usually attract GST at 18%; it is shown as a separate line on every quote and invoice.

The quote lists the brand, grade and quantity of every major material. You can ask for any change before signing, and the price is revised to match.

You get a named site supervisor, weekly photo updates on WhatsApp and a site walk-through at every payment stage.
