Interiors
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Elsewhere we charge travel, adjusted against your design fee if you go ahead.
Do you work on rented homes?
Yes, with freestanding furniture and no wall-breaking, so everything moves with you.
How do you stick to the budget?
You approve a room-by-room budget before we start. Any change is priced and approved by you in writing first.
What warranty do you give?
One year of free service on all carpentry and fittings, plus the manufacturers' warranties.
Working together
How do we start?
Send a short brief through the contact page: what you need, your budget and your deadline. I reply within one working day with questions or a quote.
Do you work with clients outside my city?
Yes. Most projects run over video calls, WhatsApp and shared documents. I'm on Indian time and happy to overlap with other time zones for calls.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you share anything confidential. Send yours, or I can send a simple one.
Pricing and payments
How do you price projects?
A fixed price for a clearly defined project, or a day rate for open-ended work. The estimator on the services page gives you a starting range.
How do payments work?
Usually 50% to start and 50% on delivery, by UPI or bank transfer. Long projects are split into milestones.
Do you charge GST?
Replace this answer with your own: either your GSTIN and that 18% GST is added, or that you're not GST-registered.
Timelines and changes
How soon can you start?
The availability note at the top of the contact page is kept up to date. Small jobs can often start within a week.
How many rounds of changes are included?
Two rounds of changes on each deliverable. More rounds are billed at the day rate, agreed with you first.
What if the project runs late?
If the delay is on my side, it's on me. If feedback or content is late, the schedule moves by the same amount.
Files and ownership
Who owns the work?
You do, once the final payment is made. I may show the work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Will I get the source files?
Yes. You get the final files and the editable source files at handover.
Privacy
What do you do with my details?
I use your name, number and email only to reply and to run the project. I never sell or share them.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
This website doesn't set tracking cookies. Replace this answer if you add analytics.
