Process
From brief to building
Six stages, each ending with drawings you sign off. Most homes take 10 to 14 months from brief to keys.
- 01
Brief and site
A long conversation about your family, then a morning on the plot with a compass.
- 02
Concept
Two or three plan options with sketches and a first cost plan.
- 03
Design development
One plan, refined: elevations, materials, structure and services.
- 04
Approvals
Municipal drawings, structural sign-off and the building permit.
- 05
Working drawings
Over 60 sheets your contractor can build from without guessing.
- 06
Site
Weekly visits, contractor bills checked, and a snag list at the end.
