Working with an architect
Do you also build, or only design?
We design and supervise. We'll help you pick a contractor and check their bills, but we don't build ourselves.
How are your fees worked out?
As a percentage of construction cost, following Council of Architecture guidelines, or a fixed fee for small jobs. Fees are billed stage by stage.
Can you work on a site outside Gujarat?
Yes. We have built in Rajasthan and Maharashtra. Travel for site visits is billed at cost.
Quotes and estimates
Is the online estimate a final price?
No. Every calculator on this website gives an indicative figure from typical rates. The final quote follows a site visit, drawings and the exact specification you choose.
Do you charge for a site visit?
The first site visit within city limits is free. Detailed drawings, measurements and bills of quantities are charged and adjusted against the contract if you go ahead.
Is GST included in your prices?
Rates on this website exclude GST unless a page says otherwise. Works contracts usually attract GST at 18%; it is shown as a separate line on every quote and invoice.
Payments
How do payments work?
A booking amount, then stage-wise payments linked to work completed on site. You never pay for work that has not been done.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, NEFT, RTGS and cheque. We don't take large cash payments, and every payment gets a GST invoice or receipt.
Privacy
What do you do with my details?
We use your name, number and site details only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. We never sell or share them.
Do you post photos of client homes?
Only with the owner's written permission, and never with the address or anything that identifies the family.
