Product designer · Bengaluru

I design products that work for the next 500 million people online.

Payments, health and learning apps, designed with first-time users in small towns and tested in their own language. Nine years, 30-odd products, one rule: if it needs explaining, it isn't finished.

Drag to compare. The PayKaro redesign cut abandoned first payments by 62% (sample).

How I think about design

  1. Sit with people first

An hour in a clinic waiting room beats a week of guessing. I test in the user's language and on the user's phone.

  2. Plain words win

"Who you're paying" beats "Beneficiary VPA". Most design problems are really writing problems.

  3. Ship, then learn

I design with your developers, not for them, and measure what changes after launch.

What teams say

  • Meera made us sit with our users. The redesign is the reason our small-town growth doubled.

Ankit RaoHead of product, PayKaro (sample)

  • Our developers love her handoff files. Nothing is left to guess.

Sneha PillaiEngineering manager, Bharat Bazaar (sample)

  • She turned a dull brief into a brand people talk about.

Have a product that could be simpler?

Tell me about it. I take on four projects a year, so each gets my full attention.
