Tsering Dorje grew up in Leh watching riders arrive exhausted and unprepared (sample story). In 2013 he started Highpass to do it properly: acclimatisation days, a mechanic, a backup vehicle and a spare day for the weather.
We've led more than 400 expeditions since then, with riders from 19 to 67.
