A gig night
How a sangeet night runs
The same plan for every event, adjusted to your run order. You get it on WhatsApp the week before.
The 10 pm rule. Outdoor loudspeakers in Chandigarh must stop at 10 pm unless the venue has permission (sample note). Indoor halls can go later. We plan the run order around it.

Load-in
Truss, speakers and lights go up. Power checked with the venue electrician.
- 5:30 pm
Sound check
Mics, performance tracks and the entry song tested with your choreographer.
- 7:00 pm
Doors and dinner music
Soft Bollywood and Punjabi while guests arrive.
- 8:00 pm
Performances
Family dances cued from our list, with the emcee calling each one.

The floor opens
Full rig, moving heads and cold pyro on the first big track.

Cut-off or move inside
Outdoors we wind down; indoors we play on to your booked hours.
