Hetal Shah started Yatra Holidays in 2009 (sample story) after one too many family trips spoiled by a missing cab and a hotel without the promised extra bed.
Today we send 2,000 families a year across India, and we still check every hotel ourselves before we sell it. Our drivers are chosen for patience as much as for driving.
