Savings scheme
How does Swarna Sanchay work?
Pay the same amount every month for 11 months. In the 12th month we add one instalment, and you buy jewellery with the total.
Can I buy gold coins with it?
The bonus applies to jewellery. You can redeem the amount you paid against coins, without the bonus.
Purity and hallmarking
Is your gold hallmarked?
Yes. Every gold piece carries the BIS hallmark and a six-digit HUID number. You can check the HUID in the government's BIS CARE app.
What's the difference between 24K, 22K and 18K?
24K is pure gold, too soft for most jewellery. 22K (91.6% gold) is the classic choice for Indian jewellery. 18K (75% gold) is stronger and holds diamonds and stones securely.
Are your diamonds certified?
Diamond pieces above 0.30 carat come with an IGI or GIA certificate. Ask to see it before you buy.
Prices and making charges
How is the price worked out?
Weight of metal × today's rate, plus making charges, plus stones, plus 3% GST. Every product page shows the full breakup.
Why does the price change every day?
Gold and silver prices move daily. The rates on this website are updated every morning; the bill uses the rate on the day you buy.
Can I lock today's rate?
Yes, by paying a 10% advance. The rate holds for 15 days. Ask the store for details.
Exchange and buyback
Do you take back jewellery bought from you?
Yes. Gold bought from us can be exchanged at 100% of today's gold value, or sold back at today's value minus a small deduction. Making charges and GST aren't refunded.
Do you exchange gold bought elsewhere?
Yes, after a free purity test at the store. We pay for the pure gold content at today's rate.
Orders and delivery
Can I order online?
Send us the pieces you like on WhatsApp. We confirm the price, take a payment link or UPI, and deliver insured, or keep the piece for you to collect.
Can I change the size of a ring or bangle?
Yes, free within 30 days of purchase if the design allows it.
Privacy
What do you do with my details?
We use your name and number only to answer you and arrange your visit. We never sell or share them.
Will you send me offers?
Only if you ask us to. Reply STOP any time.
Terms
Are the prices on this website final?
Prices use today's rates and the weights on our records. The bill at the store, with the actual weight of your piece, is final.
Who runs this website?
