Membership
Can I use my membership at every studio?
Yes. Plans work at Koregaon Park, Baner and Kalyani Nagar.
Can I share my membership?
Plans are for one person. Add a family member at 20% off their plan.
What if I don't use my free blow-dries?
They don't roll over, so book them in. Members get priority on weekend slots.
Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Choose your services on the booking page, pick a time and send the request on WhatsApp. We confirm by reply, usually within the hour during opening times.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a chair is free. Booking ahead guarantees your time, especially on weekends and before festivals.
What if I'm running late?
Message us. We'll fit you in if we can, but we may need to shorten or move the appointment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
Cancellations
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes, free of charge with at least 4 hours' notice. Just reply to your booking message on WhatsApp.
Do you take a deposit?
Only for long appointments and packages, such as bridal bookings. The deposit is adjusted against your final bill.
Hygiene and safety
How do you keep tools clean?
Metal tools are sterilised after every guest, files and buffers are single-use, and towels are fresh for every appointment.
Do you do patch tests?
Yes. For hair colour, lash and brow tints we do a free patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment if you're new to us or the product.
Which products do you use?
Professional brands you can ask to see before we start. Tell us about any allergies or skin conditions when you book.
Prices
Why do some prices say "from"?
Those services depend on hair length, thickness or the design you choose. Your stylist confirms the price before starting, so there are no surprises.
Do prices include GST?
Prices on this website include GST. Replace this answer with your own policy.
How can I pay?
UPI, cards and cash.
Privacy
What do you do with my details?
We use your name and number only to manage your appointments. We never sell or share them.
Will you send me offers?
Only if you ask us to. You can stop them any time by replying STOP.
