Six weeks suits most corporate events. Weddings, fests and anything with a big set need eight to twelve weeks. Shorter lead times are possible when vendors are free.

Yes. Police permission, PPL and IPRS music licences, fire NOC and late-night permissions are applied for by our team. Permit fees are billed at cost.

It's an honest estimate at sample rates. After a venue recce we send an itemised proposal, usually within 48 hours, and that's the price we sign.

The 12% fee covers producers, the show caller, design, vendor management and our crew on the day. We don't add hidden margins to vendor bills.

For weddings in the peak season (November to February), four to eight months ahead. Smaller events can often be done in three to four weeks. WhatsApp us your date and we'll tell you straight away if it's free.

Send an enquiry, we'll confirm availability and share a written quote. The date is blocked once the advance is paid and the agreement is signed.

Yes. Visit us, or we can do a video call. There's no charge for the first meeting and no obligation.

They're planning estimates. The final quote depends on your date, city, guest count and exact choices, and is shared in writing before you pay anything.

Prices on this website are before GST unless they say otherwise. GST is charged at the applicable rate (usually 18% on event services) and shown separately on the invoice.

Usually an advance to block the date, a second part a month before the event and the balance on or before the day. We accept UPI, bank transfer and cheque.
