Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in from Any time (24-hour check-in), check-out by 24 hours after check-in.
  • Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability; ask us on WhatsApp.
  • Every adult needs a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID). Foreign nationals need a passport and visa.

Tariffs and GST

GST on room tariffs: 5% when the tariff is up to ₹7,500 a night, 18% above that (sample note: confirm current rates with your accountant). Tariffs shown are per room, per night, before GST.

Meeting rooms, food and other services carry 18% GST. GST invoices are issued in your company's name.

Day use and 24-hour stays

Day-use rooms are any six hours between 6 am and midnight. Overnight rooms are 24 hours from your check-in time, so a 3 am arrival leaves at 3 am the next day.
