Riding
I've never done spin. Will I keep up?
Yes. You control the resistance on your bike, so the class is as hard as you make it.
Do I need cycling shoes?
No. We lend clip-in shoes for free, or you can ride in trainers with cages.
Can I choose my bike?
Yes, on the bike picker. Front row is closest to the instructor and the speakers.
Free trial
Is the trial really free?
Yes. One class or one gym session, no card, no commitment. Bring water, a towel and indoor shoes.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Every coach scales the session to where you are today. Tell us about injuries or health conditions when you book.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, clean indoor shoes, a water bottle and a small towel. Lockers are free.
Membership
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, for up to 30 days a year for travel or illness. Just message us before the pause starts.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee on 3- and 12-month plans. Replace this answer with your own policy.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 7 days' notice. Longer plans can be transferred to a friend once.
Safety and hygiene
Are your coaches certified?
Yes. Every coach holds a recognised certification and first-aid training. See their profiles for details.
How do you keep the space clean?
Equipment is wiped down between sessions, mats are cleaned daily and the floor is deep-cleaned every week.
I have a medical condition. Can I still train?
Usually, yes, with your doctor's go-ahead. Tell us when you book and we'll plan around it.
Payments
How can I pay?
UPI, cards and cash at the front desk. Long plans can be paid in two instalments.
Do prices include GST?

Privacy
What do you do with my details?
We use your name and number only to manage your trial and membership. We never sell or share them.
Will you keep calling me?
No. One message to confirm your trial, and that's it unless you ask for more.
