About us
We've been tying marigolds in Pune since 2012.
Radhika started Phoolwari from her mother's balcony in Sadashiv Peth, stringing gajras for neighbours' weddings (sample story). Today we're a studio of eighteen in Koregaon Park with a workshop in Mundhwa, but one habit hasn't changed: every flower is bought fresh at the market on the morning of your function.
We build mandaps, stages and entrances, and we do the small things too: the haldi urli, the mehendi jhoola, the phoolon ki chadar your brothers carry.

How we work
Fresh, always
No week-old flowers from a cold room. If it's not good at the market, we tell you and suggest what is.
Built to the ritual
We ask your pandit ji what the mandap needs before we ask Pinterest.
No plastic
Real flowers, cloth, wood and brass. Leftover flowers go to compost or a temple.
Clean exits
We take everything down and leave your venue or your society as we found it.

Kind words
We sent Radhika three Pinterest screenshots and a budget. The mandap she built at our Mulshi lawn was better than all three, and the marigolds were still fresh at the reception.
Sneha and Aditya, Mulshi, January 2026 (sample)
The haldi setup went up in two hours on our building terrace and came down without a single petal left behind. The society secretary actually thanked us.
The Joshi family, Aundh (sample)
Their mandap builder put us at ₹2.6 lakh. The final invoice was ₹2.5 lakh. No surprises, just flowers.
