We started by planning our own team's offsite.
Ananya Rao planned offsites for two tech companies and kept wishing someone else would do it properly (sample story). In 2017 she started Offsite Co. to be that someone.
We now run about 180 offsites a year for teams from 10 to 500, with our own people on the ground at every one.
