About the clinic
A clinic built around explaining things
Meridian opened in 2014 (sample) with one idea: patients make better decisions when they can see what the dentist sees.
Why we work this way
Most people put off the dentist because they don't know what will happen or what it will cost. So every examination at Meridian ends the same way: your X-rays on a screen, your options in plain words, and a written estimate you can take home.
We're a team of specialists, which means a root canal is done by an endodontist and an implant is planned by a prosthodontist. You don't get referred elsewhere for the hard parts.
- Imaging
- Digital RVG X-rays and an in-house 3D CBCT scanner
- Microscope
- Dental operating microscope for root canal treatment
- Scanning
- Intraoral scanner: no impression trays for most crowns and aligners
- Sterilisation
- Class B autoclave with a printed log for every cycle
Hygiene
How every instrument is sterilised
- Step 1
Cleaned
Instruments are washed in an ultrasonic cleaner to remove every trace of debris.
- Step 2
Sealed
Each set is sealed in a pouch with an indicator strip that changes colour when sterile.
- Step 3
Sterilised
A Class B autoclave runs a vacuum cycle at 134°C. Every cycle is logged.
- Step 4
Opened for you
The pouch is opened in front of you, at the start of your appointment.
Not sure what you need?
Start with a check-up. You'll see your X-rays, hear your options, and get a written estimate before any treatment.
