About us
We believe children learn best when they're happy and busy.
Little Lotus was started in 2016 by Anjali Rao, an early-years teacher and mother of two (sample story). She wanted a preschool that felt like a big, warm home with a garden, not a small school.
We follow a play-based approach inspired by Montessori and Reggio Emilia. Children choose, explore and create; teachers watch, guide and write it all down so parents can see how much is happening.
