Delivery and assembly

Do you assemble the furniture?

Yes. Our team delivers and assembles free on orders over ₹4,999, and takes the packaging away.

Will it fit through my door?

Check the dimensions on the product page against your door and lift. Sofas and tables come with removable legs.

How do I care for sheesham?

Wipe with a dry cloth, keep it out of direct sun, and oil it once a year. Avoid wet glasses without a coaster.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over ₹4,999. Below that, it's ₹499 anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 4 to 12 working days. Enter your PIN code on any product page to see the estimate for your area.

Do you deliver to my PIN code?

We deliver across India through our courier partners. Check your PIN code on a product page; a few remote areas take a little longer.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking link on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.

How can I pay?

UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available for an extra ₹199.

Is it safe to pay online?

Payments are handled by a secure, RBI-regulated payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Do prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST. You get a GST invoice with your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Message us with your order number to start.

When do I get my refund?

Within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method. COD refunds go to your UPI ID or bank account.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free.

What do you do with my details?

We use your name, phone and address only to deliver your order and send updates. We never sell or share them.

Will you send me marketing messages?

Only if you opt in, and you can stop them any time.

Are the products and prices on this website real?
