- Every adult needs a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID). Foreign nationals need a passport and visa.
Tariffs and GST
GST on room tariffs: 5% when the tariff is up to ₹7,500 a night, 18% above that (sample note: confirm current rates with your accountant). Tariffs shown are per room, per night, before GST.
Weekly rates are 20% off and monthly rates 45% off the nightly tariff. For stays longer than 90 days we can also offer a leave-and-licence agreement; ask us.
Families and pets
Families are very welcome; cots and high chairs are free. Small pets are allowed in ground-floor apartments with a ₹5,000 refundable deposit (sample).
