Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?

Every piece is made by hand, so colours, prints and sizes vary a little. That's the mark of handmade, not a defect.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, free. Mention it in your order message and we'll wrap it in cloth with a handwritten note.

Can I order in bulk for corporate gifts?

Yes, from 20 pieces, with a card about each maker. Message us on WhatsApp.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that, it's ₹79 anywhere in India.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 3 to 8 working days. Enter your PIN code on any product page to see the estimate for your area.

Do you deliver to my PIN code?

We deliver across India through our courier partners. Check your PIN code on a product page; a few remote areas take a little longer.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking link on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.

How can I pay?

UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available for an extra ₹49.

Is it safe to pay online?

Payments are handled by a secure, RBI-regulated payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Do prices include GST?

Yes, all prices include GST. You get a GST invoice with your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Message us with your order number to start.

When do I get my refund?

Within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method. COD refunds go to your UPI ID or bank account.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free.

What do you do with my details?

We use your name, phone and address only to deliver your order and send updates. We never sell or share them.

Will you send me marketing messages?

Only if you opt in, and you can stop them any time.

Are the products and prices on this website real?

This website is a sample. Products, prices, reviews and offers are placeholders until the owner replaces them.
