Using actives
Can I use vitamin C and niacinamide together?
Yes. Modern formulas work fine together. Use vitamin C in the morning and niacinamide morning or night.
How should I start retinol?
Two nights a week for the first two weeks, then every other night. Always use sunscreen the next morning.
Are your products safe in pregnancy?
Avoid retinol and high-strength salicylic acid during pregnancy. Ask your doctor about the rest.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Our products are dermatologist-tested on human volunteers.
Orders and delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over ₹699. Below that, it's ₹59 anywhere in India.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1 to 6 working days. Enter your PIN code on any product page to see the estimate for your area.
Do you deliver to my PIN code?
We deliver across India through our courier partners. Check your PIN code on a product page; a few remote areas take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.
Payments and COD
How can I pay?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is available for an extra ₹39.
Is it safe to pay online?
Payments are handled by a secure, RBI-regulated payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
Do prices include GST?
Yes, all prices include GST. You get a GST invoice with your order.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Message us with your order number to start.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method. COD refunds go to your UPI ID or bank account.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free.
Privacy
What do you do with my details?
We use your name, phone and address only to deliver your order and send updates. We never sell or share them.
Will you send me marketing messages?
Only if you opt in, and you can stop them any time.
