Site visit and soil test
We measure the plot, check access and water, and test the soil for the foundation design.

Drawings and fixed quote
Architectural and structural drawings, then a line-by-line quote with the brand of every material.

Approvals
We file the building plan with PMC or PCMC and track it to sanction.

Construction
Foundation to finishes, with a named supervisor and photos every Friday.

Handover
Snag list walk-through, keys, as-built drawings and your warranty papers.
Payment schedule
You pay as work is completed on site. Each stage is checked with you before the next invoice.
